The web conferencing is slightly different from normal video chat. Web conferencing is sophisticated for business conferences within the country or to other countries. Web conferencing as from the general introduction could be understood that it can be used to share information without traveling and physical meeting of persons. According to the need of the person and the area of use this application can be installed in three different ways. First one is that the application can be installed in Desktop of the PC, Also in a conferencing suite and in the fast growing technical world even in the mobile phones. This helps business people to attend a meeting from any part of the world and the persons who travel often to have a good time spent with their family members. Above all the advancements in this field still, it is a critical job to maintain audio signals than the video signals. Even when the video signals are not clear it can be managed the discussion over voice. But when voice line is distorted one should well versed in action language to continue the conference. The speed of the internet connection also plays a major role in web conferencing. There should be a minimum of 768 Kbps to have good video and audio during the conference. The video speed is measured in frames per second FPS. When the frames per second viewed is high then the user can view the picture as a continuous film. To the worst when the internet connection is slow, the conference will not be a smooth one. Instead of having a flow in the conference the person can only see the slide shows of the other person. This will be irritating when the sound is continuous and the picture is frame by frame. After considering the method of use one should also know why to use web conferencing. This method of communication is used in western countries for educational purpose because one can transfer images, diagrams, play some audio and DVD.
